Air Expert Technician Luis H.arrived about 30 min ahead of the scheduled time frame. He was professional in his appearance, care of my home (shoe scrubs), and conversation. Luis took the time to explain somethings about my water heater to me. Once done, he asked if I had any other issues and concerns in the house. That reminded me of something in the kitchen. He was able to give me a total repair price and pricing if I wanted to brake the job into sections. He didn't have all the parts handy. He left and returned in the time he stated he would. I appreciate him handling this kitchen job that was outside my maintenance checkup during this visit. Being early paid off! Thanks Luis and thanks Air Experts!

Cameron Raynor arrived on time and introduced himself as well as his helper. He was friendly and courteous. He set the thermostat and went to work on his inspection of the HVAC system. He sent us a very detailed description of what he did along with photos of each component that he inspected. It only took about half an hour in all. We felt very reassured that the system is in fine working order going into the warm months ahead! We are very pleased with the service Air Experts and Cameron provided!

Had our routine HVAC maintenance today with Nicholas Howard and the visit went great! Right on time, very friendly, thoroughly inspected everything, made some recommendations and answered all of my questions. Super easy to work with! Have had nothing but great experiences with Air Experts!

Our Air Experts technician, Devin, always takes great care of our system. We have a maintenance plan to make sure things are running smoothly and he is professional, courteous, pleasant, and knows what he is doing. We have been a customer for about 5 years now and are very satisfied.

Short story: Technician moved a vent and left a hole in my kitchen floor. Contacted management five times for a response and a plan to correct the error, but no response after 2.5 months. The techs are generally nice people and I’ve been on the maintenance plan here for a while, but never again after this. I get it, mistakes happen. But please do something to either fix the mistake or charge less for this work. Looking forward to the company’s inevitable response to this negative review, since I’ve already called five times.

RHA/Air Experts have great customer service and superior knowledgeable staff. We’ve been customers of theirs for over 12 years and are always happy with the reps and technicians we encounter. They keep our HVAC in tip top shape year after year.

First annual service after installation of new system. AE came out and inspected all 3 of our units. They were thorough, explained everything, made appropriate recommendations without being pushy about acting on any of them and did provide thoughtful insights into the pros and cons of each item. Our tech, Jesse, was fantastic, very knowledgeable, and personable. Hoping Jesse is the tech for all future calls we make with AE.
