Air Expert Technician Luis H.arrived about 30 min ahead of the scheduled time frame. He was professional in his appearance, care of my home (shoe scrubs), and conversation. Luis took the time to explain somethings about my water heater to me. Once done, he asked if I had any other issues and concerns in the house. That reminded me of something in the kitchen. He was able to give me a total repair price and pricing if I wanted to brake the job into sections. He didn't have all the parts handy. He left and returned in the time he stated he would. I appreciate him handling this kitchen job that was outside my maintenance checkup during this visit. Being early paid off! Thanks Luis and thanks Air Experts!

Cameron Raynor arrived on time and introduced himself as well as his helper. He was friendly and courteous. He set the thermostat and went to work on his inspection of the HVAC system. He sent us a very detailed description of what he did along with photos of each component that he inspected. It only took about half an hour in all. We felt very reassured that the system is in fine working order going into the warm months ahead! We are very pleased with the service Air Experts and Cameron provided!
